ACCOMODATION IN AND AROUND THE VENUE

Because the conference is at an all-inclusive conference venue, and the conference hotel room rates include all meals! ALL conference attendees must register IN the conference venue whether you intend to stay at the hotel or not. We encourage all participants to stay at the venue hotel since the conference center is not very close to other hotel accommodations. However, we offer bed and breakfast accommodation in some nearby Hotels Playa El Agua and Posada Ashi that will have transportation from the venue. If you do not stay at the conference hotel you must still register with Eviatour-Conturven office at the conference center to secure a day pass in the venue. A day pass allows the conference attendee access to all the venue amenities and serves as a lunch meal pass.
