Conference Dinner
The conference dinner is planned for
Wednesday, June 23, at 20:30.. It will be held at
Casa Estelar, Porlamar ------
(See the map).Accompanying persons may attend the Conference Dinner by purchasing tickets at the registration desk. The payment of the tickets will be possible only by cash. This option is available until June 21, 2010.
Two recreational tours have been organized for the afternoon of
Tuesday, June 22 2010. The estimated duration of the excursions will be from 1:30 PM until around 7 PM. A minimum number of participants are required for the tours to be offered so please make sure to book your choice when registering for the conference. If the minimum number of 20 participants for each tour will be not reached before June 14, the tour will be cancelled and the fees will be refunded in cash (BsF.). Accompanying persons may attend one of the tours by purchasing tickets at the registration desk. The payment of the tickets will be possible only by cash (BsF.). This option is available until June 21, 2010 .
